You can pay in cash and thru bank transfers. We have Banco de Oro (BDO) and Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) accounts. You may ask our friendly sales staff about our account details and they will be happy to assist you.

Yes, ofcourse. Within Metro Manila, free of charge. Outside Metro Manila, we will be charging a delivery fee depending on your location and the cost of the items.

Upon payment of your order, the warehouse team will schedule the delivery from 3-5days.

Immediately contact your sales agent about the problem. Upon agreeing with the mishap, the warehouse will reschedule your delivery.

Yes, you may pick-up your order from 9:00AM to 6:00PM every Mondays to Saturdays.

Just make sure that you have informed our respective sales agents regarding your pick-up date and time so that we can have it prepared for you.

Return or exchange of goods must be made within 15 days from date of purchase within and outside Metro Manila, a period of 60 days provided:

  1. Goods are still in its original pack/box, in good condition, complete with its accessories, screws, fittings and manuals.
  2. Buyer brings his/her ORIGINAL ORDER LIST/INVOICE. The Company will not accept return or exchange of goods without Order List.
  3. If returned goods have already been paid, Credit Memo will be issued and will be deducted on the next purchase. CASH WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
  4. Buyers are responsible for bringing the items to be returned to the company's office located at 223 Amethyst Avenue, Greenheights Subd., San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City.
For sticker, laminates, PVC Edge Band & metered items retail orders, return or exchange will not be accepted.

For items with special discount and/or promo, returns will only be accepted if whole quantity is returned.
